3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by: netcup GmbH, Emmy-Noether-Strasse 10, 76131 Karlsruhe, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.

When you visit the website, the web server automatically processes the following data (server log files): IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL.

The purpose is to ensure technical operation, analyze errors and defend against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website). Log files are irrevocably deleted after 14 days and are not merged with other data.

We delete this data once your request has been dealt with, at the latest after 6 months – unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. for business correspondence under German commercial and tax law) require longer storage. Data is not passed on to third parties.
